I'm pleased to write that the first months of 2012 have brought some very encouraging developments concerning public procurement. Firstly, the Public Services (Social Value) Bill, a Private Member's Bill introduced by Chris White MP, passed through the House of Lords without incident and is now well on its way to becoming law.
