The Local Audit and Accountability Bill. Let's face it; as far as titles go, this one isn't likely to get pulses racing (or at least I hope not).
But it is nevertheless an important piece of work and it has just passed Second Reading in the Commons without a division, giving me an opportunity to make an early start on this article with the debate, which I spoke in, still fresh in my mind.
It is fair to say that not everyone agreed with certain aspects of the Bill. But even the Labour Party now recognises that the abolition of the Audit Commission is a fait accompli and that we need to move forward with a new system of local audit that commands confidence.
