Proudfoot announces retirement

The chief executive of Harborough DC, Norman Proudfoot, has announced that he is to retire in February.

The chief executive of Harborough DC, Norman Proudfoot, has announced that he is to retire in February.

Mr Proudfoot, who has worked at the council for 25 years, became joint chief executive in 2014 and sole chief executive in 2020.
