Public sector directors shunning pay rises and bonuses, survey finds

Average pay for public sector directors increased by a mere 1.3% last year, while executives pay hikes were double at 2.6%, CMI survey shows.

Directors in the public sector have refused high pay increases and bonuses over the past year, according to new salary data.
