I visited the Treasury last week for a meeting with the new economic secretary, Sajid Javid MP, together with plenty of colleagues from a wide range of third sector organisations.

I sometimes wonder if Treasury officials invite us in large numbers in the hope that we'll be distracted by arguing among ourselves. Fortunately, on this occasion we were all on the same page.
