Dan Peters reports from Bolton MBC where he spoke to new chief executive, Paul Najsarek, on how he is taking centre spot to tackle devolution head-on.

For a good few years in the early 2000s Bolton Wanderers Football Club was a solid presence in the top flight.

Since then, the club's fortunes have slipped but the trajectory of the town in which it is based appears to be going in the opposite direction.
