The delay to the Queen's Speech has raised key questions over where the Government – and the country – is headed now.

What is clear is that the problem is not really goatskin parchment or the drying time for the ink used. Nice try, spin doctors. Instead, it is a prime minister rightly trying to work out just what she can achieve with a minority government.
