Considering the interesting political year we have been through I am not surprised to read that job security, rather than a better salary, is now the key motivator for job-seekers (according to research by Indeed).

Having made a job change myself this year (literally days before the Brexit outcome), I did have moments of self-doubt; not about my choice of Penna, but more about my long-term security in a potentially more turbulent economic climate.
