The recipe for integration lacks some key ingredients

Dr Eleanor Roy of CIPFA sets out what is required if the vision of the integration White Paper is to be achieved. At the moment it provides ‘more questions than answers’.

The title of this month's White Paper, Joining Up Care for People, Places and Populations, illustrates what health and care integration should achieve. But, it also highlights what's missing from the Health and Care Bill.

Is this an attempt to fill in the blanks? If so, it provides more questions than answers.
