Redbridge LBC’s chief executive has announced he will retire next year – 18 months after he went part time in the post.

Redbridge LBC's chief executive has announced he will retire next year – 18 months after he went part time in the post. 

Roger Hampson, who has been in the role for 15 years, will remain in post until the end of June next year – but suggested the long notice period was in an attempt to smooth the transition to a new chief executive.
