Residents’ satisfaction with their council has ‘significantly decreased,’ Local Government Association (LGA) research has found.

Residents' satisfaction with their council has ‘significantly decreased,' Local Government Association (LGA) research has found.

Overall satisfaction in the latest poll was 66% – down from 71% of respondents who were very or fairly satisfied in September 2015 – with satisfaction with services and support for children and young people coming in at 46%.
