Time to rethink going back to work

There is a real appetite to work differently post-pandemic, says Tony Kirkham. Instead of rushing back to the office, we should take the opportunity to think about the future

In our recent survey of pre-COVID office-based staff, more than four out of five said they would rather work more from home than the office.

For me, this vindicates our work over the last 16 months in supporting colleagues at home to maintain service provision and heralds a desire to reimagine our work going forward.
