Rochdale BC has appointed James Binks as its new chief executive.

Rochdale BC has appointed James Binks as its new chief executive.

Binks is currently an assistant chief executive at Manchester City Council and will replace Steve Rumbelow, who is stepping down after 10 years in the role.
