Rotherham MBC has disclosed it paid its strategic director of children's services £40,000 as part of a mutual agreement that led to her leaving.
In a response to a Freedom of Information request, the council pointed out that the sum paid to Joyce Thacker was ‘less than the contractual notice requirement'.
