Shokat Lal is expected be appointed as Sandwell MBC’s permanent chief executive.

Shokat Lal is expected be appointed as Sandwell MBC's permanent chief executive.

Mr Lal is currently executive director of core services at Barnsley MBC and was previously assistant chief executive at Rotherham MBC.
