Sandwell to privatise its children's services

Sandwell Council has privatised its children's services, bringing iMPOWER into the department as part of £1.15m partnership.

Sandwell Council has privatised its children's services, bringing iMPOWER into the department as part of £1.15m partnership over 30 months.

The partnership is thought to be the first time an external company will be integrated as part of a children's services department in this way.
