School transport contractor axed over safeguarding concerns

Birmingham City Council said the contract had been terminated following a breach of terms.

Birmingham City Council has axed a school transport contractor over safeguarding concerns.

The council said North Birmingham Travel had breached its contract, leading to the termination of its agreement to run part of the home school transport service.
