Scrutiny awards unveil winners

Cheshire West and Chester Council has been named as the winner of the overall impact award in this year’s Good Scrutiny Awards

Cheshire West and Chester Council has been named as the winner of the overall impact award in this year's Good Scrutiny Awards. 

The conference also saw the launch of research which found nine out of 10 officers and councillors agree scrutiny makes them more transparent.
