The Scottish Government has been urged to find ‘new models’ for integrating health and social care and better support ‘vital’ local collaboration.

The Scottish Government has been urged to find ‘new models' for integrating health and social care and better support ‘vital' local collaboration.

A report from the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh (RCPE) said cooperation between the NHS and health and social care would be ‘essential' in coming years, particularly surrounding key issues such as managing frail patients and those with long-term conditions.
