Cheshire East Council has announced ten new senior appointments to replace its previous management team.

Cheshire East Council has announced ten new senior appointments to replace its previous management team, as part of its plan to become a ‘strategic commissioning' organisation.

The measures should cut management costs by £5m a year, with a slim-lined structure based on bigger jobs.
