A sense of belonging

When equality, diversity and inclusion are a golden thread weaved into the wider organisational strategy, it just becomes business as usual and the standard, expected way of working, as Darra Singh explains.

When I became chair of the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei) in November 2020, it was clear that the world of workplace equality, diversity and inclusion was changing.

In taking the opportunity to review our strategy, we drew from our experience working with many leading private, public and third sector employers.
