Some 15% of billing authorities are poised to snub the Government's cash offer to freeze council tax, a CIPFA survey has revealed.

Some 15% of billing authorities are poised to snub the Government's cash offer to freeze council tax, a CIPFA survey has revealed.

CIPFA's research which covers all billing and precepting authorities in England and Wales – also shows that at least 43% of households will see some increase in their council tax bills.
