New shared director of finance for Watford and Three Rivers

Watford BC and Three Rivers DC have agreed to share a new director of finance.

Watford BC and Three Rivers DC have agreed to share a new director of finance.

The two authorities will employ Joanne Wagstaffe in the new role, who will leave her post as director of resources at Wyre Forest DC.
