The stabbing of a Haringey social worker in the line of duty is a reminder of the dangers they face on a daily basis, the council has said.

The stabbing of a Haringey social worker in the line of duty is a reminder of the dangers they face on a daily basis, the council has said.

The 61-year-old man suffered the injuries while attempting to check the welfare of children at a house in the north London borough.
