Public services are fundamentally broken. Gone are the days of the political pendulum, where Labour poured cash into the public sector and the Conservatives sucked it back out – there is no longer enough cash to swing.

Everyone recognises that the NHS is just not sustainable, apart from perhaps the Government and the NHS – those with the power to do something.
