Southend-on-Sea names new chief executive

Councillors at Southend-on-Sea have approved the appointment of Rob Polkinghorne as their new chief executive.

Councillors at Southend-on-Sea have approved the appointment of Rob Polkinghorne as their new chief executive.

Mr Polkingthorne will succeed Alison Griffin, who announced she would be leaving the council in April 2021.
