Councils have been urged to ‘treat staff like adults' after a London borough warned the rise of digital working could result in ‘burnout'.

A report to Camden LBC from the borough's deputy chief executive, Rachel Stopard this week said a ‘general deterioration of wellbeing' in employees was a ‘potentially very real consequence' of digitisation and the 24/7 workforce.
