Staffordshire County Council is proposing a new joint venture with Capita to protect school services and create 1,000 new jobs.

Staffordshire County Council is proposing a new joint venture with Capita to protect school services and create 1,000 new jobs.

The deal, which will go before cabinet next week for approval, will provide a package of services including school improvement, ground maintenance and performing arts. It would create 1,613 additional jobs in addition to the 4,000 staff transferring into the new joint venture.
