Conservative local government leaders have issued stern financial warnings over reforms to the New Homes Bonus (NHB).

With the Government's consultation on ‘sharpening' the housebuilding incentive closing today, the County Councils' Network (CCN) and District Councils' Network (DCN) voiced concerns over levels of ongoing funding.
