Survey: County chiefs most negative

Chief executives and senior managers working in counties are the most negative about the future of local government finance, a survey has found.

Chief executives and senior managers working in counties are the most negative about the future of local government finance, a survey has found.

Three out of four members of the Society of Local Authority Chief Executives (SOLACE) said they expected the state of local government finance to decline.
