The challenges of the 21st century such as climate change and ageing populations are all things that require us to come together to make good collective decisions.

This is the view of director of Nesta's Centre for Collective Intelligence Design Kathy Peach. While there has always been the idea that working together better to solve complex problems is really important, she tells The MJ there's ‘very little research, insight or evidence on how we can do that well.
