Both the benefits of integration and the long journey to realising them across one of the largest cities in the country have been spelled out for social care leaders.

The results of a pioneering study into integration in Nottingham and how Manchester has begun the process of integrating the whole city's health and care system were both highlighted in a workshop at the National Children and Adult Services Conference earlier this month.
