The Government's strategy of subsidising fast broadband connectivity is flawed and more must be done to connect those not online, a think tank has reported.

In Policy Exchange's 'The Superfast and the Furious' publication, Whitehall is urged to cease spending on high-speed broadband once commitments are met in 2015 and instead focus help on small businesses and the 10.8m unconnected individuals across the country.
