Two-tier split issue to be decided

Work to thrash out how two-tier areas will split the cash from 75% business rates retention is expected to take place throughout the spring and summer.

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) is expected to work closely with the County Councils' Network, District Councils' Network and treasurer associations to find a solution.
