Training is ‘high on the agenda' of most local pension boards (LPB), a finance expert has suggested, as a partnership launches to offer support and training.

Joint independent LPB chair of the London Pensions Fund Authority and Lancashire County Pension Fund, William Bourne, said many were still ‘getting to grips' with their role.
