A multi-agency network created to help transform local public services was one of the victims of desperate last-minute changes to the finance settlement, it has emerged.
It was confirmed this week that the Public Service Transformation Network (PSTN), which was hailed as a ‘groundbreaking' by the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) just three years ago, had been axed.
