Unison is threatening to extend its strike ballot to all of its council members in Scotland as pay negotiations remain deadlocked.

Unison is threatening to extend its strike ballot to all of its council members in Scotland as pay negotiations remain deadlocked.

The trade union has announced it intends to ballot all 90,000 local authority workers it represents in Scotland asking them to join refuse, schools and early years staff in strike action.
