Scottish trade unions are planning further strike action after rejecting employers’ improved 5% pay offer as a ‘waste of precious time’.

Scottish trade unions are planning further strike action after rejecting employers' improved 5% pay offer as a ‘waste of precious time'.

The Unite union rejected the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities' (COSLA) updated pay offer of a non-recurring 5% deal plus an additional cost of living payment.
