Welsh workers could be spared from the Government's strict public sector exit pay cap.

The devolved administration in Wales has announced it will not include pension strain in the £95,000 cap on exit payments ‘where possible' and ‘subject to legal advice and further consideration of evidence' after concerns about the impact on those on ‘relatively low pay'.
