Whitehall cannot rip up Troubled Families programme

Despite damning reports about progress on the Troubled Families programme, Heather Jameson says skipping from one policy to the next will only worsen current problems

I wonder if David Cameron is spending his summer lamenting the old adage ‘all political careers end in failure'.

As if the spectacular crash and burn of the Brexit saga were not enough, now the BBC is hailing the Troubled Families programme as a further disaster of the Cameron era.
