Finance chief Rob Whiteman has announced he will retire in June.

Finance chief Rob Whiteman has announced he will retire in June.

Mr Whiteman has been chief executive of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) since September 2013 – introducing and strengthening the resilience index to highlight over-leveraged councils.
