The sector led improvement debate is rejuvenating and exploring new avenues (at least I hope they're avenues as I've had my fill of cul-de-sacs and other dead ends).
Self-regulation and improvement aren't a universal panacea. There aren't many out there who don't see a role for risk-based, proportionate and, above all, consistently high quality diagnostic inspection (dream, baby, dream). But, for the do-it-to-ourselves approach to gain maximum traction, there are some wicked issues to tackle.
