Wigan chief Donna Hall to chair think-tank

Wigan MBC chief executive Donna Hall is to become the new chair of the NLGN think-tank.

Wigan MBC chief executive Donna Hall is to become the new chair of the NLGN think-tank.

Ms Hall, a member of the NLGN board since March, will take up the role after she leaves Wigan MBC in February, having served for eight years as chief executive.
