Councils must better assess risks to vulnerable children posed by new adults entering family homes, a report by Warwickshire’s safeguarding children board has warned.
A review undertaken last year, but recently published as a wider learning tool by the children’s charity NSPCC concluded that more must be done to monitor the impact of new adults following a harrowing case.
