North Kesteven DC has proposed a detailed improvement plan – including sharing more senior management responsibilities - despite receiving a glowing peer review.
Local Government Association (LGA) peers, who visited the Lincolnshire-based authority in November, reported that North Kesteven was ‘strong, stable and financially secure,’ oversees ‘effective relationships with partners’ and provides ‘good place leadership’.
