Johnson survives social care rebellion

Prime Minister Boris Johnson last night survived a sizable rebellion against his social care funding plan.

MPs debated the proposed Health and Care Bill late into the evening before Mr Johnson’s Government squeezed through proposed social care reforms by 272 votes to 246.
