Mole Valley DC will examine an option to build on green belt land, after housing minister Lee Rowley directed the authority not to withdraw its proposed local plan.

Mole Valley DC will examine an option to build on green belt land, after housing minister Lee Rowley directed the authority not to withdraw its proposed local plan.

The Surrey-based district was told by the minister that its intention to withdraw an option to build on the green belt risked Cabinet-level intervention due to delays.
