Action plan after Derby rapped over delayed accounts

Derby City Council has drawn up an action plan after being scolded by its auditor for delays to its 2016/17 accounts.

The council's audit and accounts committee is monitoring progress and delivery against the action plan after its external auditor, Ernst & Young (EY), issued a statutory recommendation to address issues it has identified.
