Finally, we are thinking about how we stand down our COVID response mechanisms and return to business as usual. For me, this means an exciting release of diary time as a number of weekly meetings come out and I can concentrate on building our new-style organisation post-COVID.

Working through the pandemic has taught us about how we can deliver in different ways and has exposed some areas that need to be improved if we are to continue to work in a hybrid way.
