Asylum hotel contingency plan activated

The Home Office has activated contingency plans following the axing of an asylum hotel contractor.

The Home Office has activated contingency plans following the axing of an asylum hotel contractor.

In a letter to council chief executives, the Home Office said it had asked for Stay Belvedere Hotels Limited (SBHL), a sub-contractor of Clearsprings Ready Homes to be ‘removed from the supply chain with immediate effect'.
